Kristen is the Executive Director of Immunology Customer Strategy at Eli Lilly with 19+ years in the Medical Industry. Leading teams over the years, she has specialized in customer, payer, and KOL strategies across dermatology, rheumatology, diabetes, cardiovascular, and oncology. She’s been recognized for launch excellence and leadership and remains committed to impactful solutions and empowering teams. Also, she lectures in marketing at Clemson University, shaping future business leaders.

Kristen is inspired daily by her husband and their two daughters, 14 and 17. In her free time, Kristen likes to travel and stay active through fitness.
