Harold Cheatham

Harold Cheatham is a retired educator and academic administrator who “spent 40 years at the school house” teaching from the secondary school (history), through the doctoral level (counselor education) retiring as professor emeritus at Penn State and as dean and professor emeritus, Clemson University. Along the way, Cheatham amassed 60 years of service to community, social, municipal, and Federal agencies (Army Science Board, Secretary of the Army) to local and national advisory boards, and to professional associations and university committees and boards.
